Nice hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite for 1 night and my only complaint would be the pillows. They were very hard and not very big. They didn’t make for a good nights rest. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and all very good.

First impression of the hotel is quite nice, its air conditioned, clean and modern...and then we got to the rooms. The heat was unbearable - there was a fan that moved the hot air around. But turns out the heat was the least of my problems. The room was tired and old fashioned on arrival - which is fine. The carpet had loads of patches missing, the carpet in the corner of the room was missing completely, the chair in the window had so much dust on it. There was a large stain and hairs on the carpet right next to the bed. The sink had stains all round the plug, the bathtub, bath mat and blind all had dirt or mould on them. The shower curtain had dirty marks on it. There was a pubic hair in the bath. On the plus side, we had no issues with getting a parking spaces, the hotel grounds were nice and had nice views. Breakfast was £15. The room had a kettle (that was left with water in!) and tea/coffee. I've stayed at Best Western Hotels before and they've always been nice. Shame this one didn't follow the trend.

Car parks confusing loads of notices asking you to pay, but it's free to guests ....so don't pay, staff are ok. Breakfast was ok. Room. Was worn out and boiling hot ( not in heatwave) tbh if you pick up a room really cheap then it will do, but prob better off going to a better chain, in my experience best western are often like this , I should have known better.
