Village Urban Resort Hull

I would like to give a special mention to Lindsey, who was absolutely fantastic during my visit to Hull Village Hotel. She was managing three different conference rooms, all of which were extremely busy, and despite how hectic things were, she handled everything incredibly well. She was constantly on the go, running around and making sure that everyone was looked after and had what they needed. Her hard work, professionalism and dedication really stood out. She remained attentive and helpful throughout such a busy time, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. We have been staying at the Village Hotel for the past six years, as our offices are based in Hessle, and we honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. A special shoutout to Michelle, who had already checked us in before we arrived on our latest visit. This made everything so easy and meant we could simply arrive and head straight up to our rooms. It’s those little touches and great customer service that make such a difference. I really can’t rate this hotel and its team highly enough. After six years of staying here, we continue to receive fantastic service every time. Thank you to Michelle and the whole team – we’ll definitely be back! 😊

Good communication leading up to the stay. Plentiful parking on site. I got a club room, which was worth the price for a wide bed and spacious room, free parking, and access to the gym and spa. The pool and spa were clean, not too busy, and a very welcome relief after 3 1/2 hours on the M62. Starbucks in the lobby was perfect for breakfast - open early, pleasant staff who got my order right. I would absolutely stay here again.
