Premier Inn Brentwood

I like de premier inn because is very clean

Since visit last year. The hotel not as good. Self service check in. Lack of staff. Room not getting serviced. Breakfast good choice. But could be hotter as was Luke warm or went cold quickly.

No problem at all with room or value but when I discovered I'd left something in the room after I'd left it was impossible to speak to a human on the main telephone number or find the direct number to the hotel. Found an email address for this hotel eventually, no reply from them days later. Still waiting. Unimpressed by this.
