Comfort Clacton On Sea

staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean a little over priced but had a lovely view ao we won't complain. Help was given when needed by staff evan when it was a little late.

Great location, cross the road to lovely flower filled promenade. Sea views from some rooms. Lovely, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient for town, restaurants, buses & train station. Housekeeping did a good job refreshing towels etc, as usual with many hotels now a full cleaning, bedmaking service is not provided. Just ask at reception if you want towels changed or more tea, coffee, milk etc.

Stayed this week for 3 nights, we were in a prem plus room, daughter and 2 grandchildren in family room, had a great stay, rooms were both spotlessly clean, reception staff were spot on, friendly and happy to help whenever needed, the Manager Emma has put together a great team, I would say one of the best Premier Inn's I have stayed in, can highly recommend.
