Excellent - as always... they key thing is the people, attitude, professionilism, humour. Location -perfect for us Atmosphere, always joyful and upbeat Rooms - no complaints, suits us as a family perfectly Value - great value, great food, great service Very clean, always is.. noise level.. slight issue as our room was Room 18, but it was not disturbing or even that frequent. would still have the same room. Amenaties were all we needed, and more. it feels like a second home.

A lovely family hotel with very friendly staff. Nothing was too much. Rooms are well maintained and the food was well prepared and very tasty. I would recommend you visit this hotel. We plan to return.
