Premier Inn Southend Airport

Nice room restaurant really let it down unfortunately wont use again took and hour an a half to cook burger and chips ran out of everything else on menu and forgot to defrost enough chicken to last the evening wasnt busy we were one of 4 tables booked at 7.45pm on a friday

Had to come home the sane night after calling and emailed to confirm they cannot make the beds higher in the accessible rooms. I have even logged a complain with the guest relations abd p.i team they all lie. Yes lie.

From the minute we arrived we have had nothing but problems
