Best Western Balgeddie House

Been back 3 times in the last 3 months, just back home tonight and again could not fault a single thing! The staff are excellent. Dale even came up to the room and he helped us down stairs with the bags to the car, a true asset to the hotel. I could never stay anywhere again when coming back to my homeland... thank you from out hearts. Anni, Stuart and Percy

Welcoming reception team. Room 231 exceptional. Cleaning forgotten 2 days out of 9 days. Pool exceptionally clean. Accessible family changing room. Lift does not serve all rooms. Wanted to book for 2027. Paid £1100 this time. Qoute for same period next year £3000. This was our last visit. Too dear next year.

My husband and I stayed at the Belgaddie Hotel for 4 nights. We feel we had the best room in the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. There was enough space for a couple of comfortable lounge chairs as well as a dining table and chairs to accommodate 4 people. The bathroom facilities were amazing with a corner bath separate shower. The whole team in the hotel from housekeeping to front of house staf were very helpful, professional and friendly. It was a true home away from home. This made our experience very relaxing and enjoyable. I really didn't want to leave. Keep up the great work you're all truly amazing people.
