Hallmark Hotel Llyndir Hall, Chester South

Where would one start. When we arrived there was only one other resident staying in such a large hotel. In its heyday probably one of the best around, sadly now unfortunately one of the worst. As you approach the front door hundreds of cig but ends everywhere not a good sign. It got worse as we checked in. Alex the guy who checked us in was very polite and accommodating. The place was not very clean and very outdated. The pics showing it online were from years gone by when it was not seriously rundown. Even if it had a good clean it would probably get two star. Not recommended

We arrived after allocated time room was not ready. Offered a downgrade !! Staff literally don’t care. Place is an absolute mess. No food or drink to buy and a good walk to anywhere else

Don’t be put off by the outside The rooms are very modern, staff are great and most of all Yorkshire tea bags in the room Will definitely be staying here again
