pleasant stay with minor hiccup of room with heating which was resolved.Staff were went the full mile for customer service.Leisure facilities excellent I used swimming pool and Spa

No aircon, toenail clippings on the carpet and tired decor and bathroom furniture. The staff in the bar were nice but unfortunately the hotel badly needs a full refurb. Not worth the money at all!

Absolutely awful. Extremely dirty, all bedrooms and corridors on 1st floor were unbearably hot whereas ground floor was all cool. Would not move us or get us a fan. No air conditioning. Room small. Receptionist getting lots of different complaints which he did nothing to address.
