Room 323 did not have any inner curtains on window which meant other rooms could easily view, had to keep curtains shut while there

The hotel is fine - and the restaurant is fine as well if a bit over priced. The staff are friendly, and the lift outside to get up to the hotel/down to the street is a very welcome thing. The room is clean and fine. The prices of the food (even in the vending machine) are the only thing keeping this from being a five star review... perhaps I just don't get out often enough!

I was shocked, disappointed and disgusted at the cleanliness and state of the family room. It should be condemned and not booked out to anyone. How dare they charge for it
