The Best Western Fenwick

Great hotel. Atmosphere great! Staff are very good! Rooms are very clean - beds are small they could do with being bigger. Food was very very good from breakfast to dinner! Although the bar and restaurant were having a refurb that didn’t impact our stay in any way. We did query why payment for the entire weekend was taken before we had even arrived but apparently that is standard. Prices overall were very good.

Hoped for a comfortable getaway but felt very disappointed. Poorly designed, having to boil a kettle on the floor due to no socket where it is situated, no mirror near a socket to dry hair, nowhere for toiletries in bathroom, tiny room, tiny shower. Endless lack of care and design. I would definately not recommend this hotel
