Great place. But dated rooms don't use a UV light in room 39

Dated rooms, no power to wall heater or towel rail. Room below water tanks terrible noise. As for breakfast- they took my order . 20 mins later waitress asked if I ordered anything? (She took the order) and was told they “lost it” had to go to work, so no breakfast. Shambolic breakfast no orange, cold tea via hot water jug and coffee ran out, no milk in a jug. Personally I would not book here again. Complaining seems to be acknowledged, but no action.

Food, no complaints in fact compliments, very well done and a good serving. The server behind the bar was appalling, rude, clearly not wanting to be in the hospitality industry. Both draft ales ran out before 1945hrs. When we were leaving all doors but one were shut causing all guests to walk along an unlit road to the car park, difficult for the elderly/infirm guests.
