Brilliant staff very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was very good as was the nice man who served us.

This us a hotel that we've stayed at several times now, (and so has another member of our family, without our knowledge, until recently!). Parking is always handy, right outside. And the reception staff always give us a warm welcome. The other staff members are also friendly and efficient. The hotel is a mix if ancient and modern architecture, which works together well enough. Okay, there's the odd creaky floorboard here and there, and chipped plasterwork. But I don't mind as this adds a bit of charm and character to the place. Sometimes you're aware of traffic, but this is to be expected as you're in a very busy city. The breakfasts have always been good, and there's a reasonable choice of food and drinks. And there's plenty of places to relax, in the tranquil atmosphere.

Great location staff and food. Interesting old quirky building better than a premier inn!
