I would like to leave a very special review for Mandy, the manager of the bar restaurant, who provided truly exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Mandy made us feel so welcome and well looked after. She was warm, professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely takes so much pride in their work, but Mandy clearly does. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She handled everything with such care, kindness, and efficiency, and her positive attitude really stood out. Mandy is clearly very dedicated to both the customers and the business, and it shows in the way she manages the bar restaurant. Honestly, Mandy is an absolute asset to the company. People like her make a huge difference to the overall experience, and she deserves real recognition for the amazing job she does. Thank you, Mandy, for going above and beyond and making our visit such a memorable one. I would highly recommend this place, especially because of the excellent service Mandy provided.

Lovely meal & lovely staff especially Shamima who went above & beyond for my granddaughter

Enjoyed my stay, watched the geese and their goslings from the room. Great service from Shamina when I sat down for food in the evening.
