Ibis Bristol Temple Meads Quay

One night’s stay before a flight from Bristol airport. It was all OK. I didn’t sleep that well but that was due to my nervousness about getting up in time for the flight. My bed & pillows were comfy & everywhere was clean. Not too noisy & helpful staff. Great location for the bus to the airport.

Having read previous reviews this was better than expected. Efficient check in, clean room with large comfy bed. Not a fan of the pre-fabricated bathroom with step up. Decent breakfast choice but v cheap sausages. Bacon v crispy though which is so often not the case in hotels. There was some building work nearby that started early. I was up early but may effect others as rooms not very sound proof. Overall ok for an overnight stay.

The beds are tiny (80cm) and the service is awful. The alarm went off at 5:00 am and nobody cared not gave any information. Bristol has a good range of hotels all around: just don't go here.
