Premier Apartments Cabot Circus

Booked a Besties n Bubbles weekend. Initial e-mail ignored, had to be chased for late check-in procedures. On check-in the promised chilled Prosecco and shopping/restaurant vouchers were missing. First night spoiled. Chased next day and a bottle of red wine was supplied the following day! No explanation about the lack of bubbles. The apartment was tired, dirty in some places and only had three comfy seats for 4 of us. Not the best experience and not likely to be repeated. I see that Alfred had the same problems in March’25. Not much of a learning culture.

Cracking apartment, great communication, great check in and out. Immaculately clean, great location, value for money. What more can I say. Just perfect!

The apartment is excellently located and was well equipped and comfortable. However, do not book this apartment if you want to leave luggage after check out. There is no reception onsite. Reception is 15 minutes walk away and doesn't open until 10am on Saturdays. This is not specified on the website and I would not have booked if I had known in advance. Service was friendly but didn't offer a solution to my situation. I had no choice but miss part of an appointment that I had in Bristol on the morning of check out. Very disappointing stay despite the apartment itself being good.
