Premier Inn Bristol Cribbs Causeway

An average premier inn. They call seem to go auto check in which is a bit of a pain especially for the first time. And they only give you 2 tea bags, but you can ask reception for more

Very clean and tidy, nice room with everything working. Cathy, restaurant , this young lady was fabulous. we arrived 9pm to the restaurant and Cathy was fantastic. We had a trip and a half in through Bristol City Centre and she lets us relax and take a breath. Informed us off the top of her head food availability. There was a fair few items that they had run out of too. Explained everything we needed to know about the evening food and morning breakfast. Cathy really made our evening and stay all the better. Thank you.

Hotel was in a good location close to cribbs causeway shopping Mall . The hotel was very clean and well decorated with good facilities . We had a premier room which is an extra charge . Room was spacious and included hairdryer , iron and ironing board , coffee machine . Large bed was very comfortable and bathroom has walk in shower. Plenty of sockets and usb ports . Good size desk and adequate storage . Breakfast was delicious both days . There were a few things that let this hotel down which could easily be improved . Firstly the staff , most were disinterested the exception being Rachel on the restaurant who was amazing . Check in was 3:00pm but we arrived at 4:30 and room was not ready despite check out time being 11:00am. Our room was premier room which was supposed to include fast WiFi but as the information folder was empty we had no idea how to access it and general WiFi was poor . There was no do not dudturb sign for the door . We were having a drink in the bar in the evening of our first night and half an hour before closing time we bought a drink and when handing the drink over the young man serving told us make this your last one obviously wanted an early finish. Done improvements could make this a great hotel
