Booked a two night stay here in part because I didn't want the visitor to come to my house. A few months later, the individual contacted the established and they disclosed my personal data including my phone address resulting in harassment to a point that I am not in the process to move house . I have tried to engaged with them and they have shown no interested in the emotional distress they have caused me. They instead went to the police to create the impression that I did something wrong judging my the questions I was asked my the police. If I wanted to report the crime, I would do so in my own terms.

❗️Very disappointing experience❗️ We visited The Inn at Yanleigh as a party of 15 following a funeral, including 5 people who were disabled or had limited mobility. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward and respectful occasion turned into a very stressful experience. My mum had organised everything from the funeral through to the wake. A few days before, she phoned the pub and spoke to a member of staff, explaining that we would be arriving as a large group after a funeral and that some members of our party were disabled and had limited mobility. She was reassured that everything would be seamless and straightforward. However, when we arrived, the experience was completely different. Staff were rude and told us that they don't take bookings. When I explained that we had contacted them beforehand and that the reason for arranging seating was because we had several disabled and less-mobile people with us, we were simply told to "find anywhere." When I questioned whether I should just move tables around ourselves, it was only then that staff offered to help us find a safe seating area. The accessibility situation was particularly disappointing. The lift wasn't working, yet we were told we needed to go upstairs to the bar to order our food and drinks. The bar was two flights of stairs up, despite us having five disabled or limited-mobility people in our group. After asking, staff eventually agreed to take one drinks order at the table. We were then told by another member of staff that we could use pen and paper to write down our order, then have one of the able bodied member of our party to take it to the bar to order. Baring in mind it wasn't busy and had plenty of staff that could of taken our order at the table. At one point, a member of staff handed one of our party members a full tray of cutlery and condiments and expected them to carry it downstairs to our table. Considering the circumstances and the number of people with mobility issues in our group, this was completely inappropriate. I also found the way I was spoken to particularly upsetting. When I spoke to the staff member my mum had originally spoken to on the phone, I explained that my mum had arranged everything and had been reassured that things would be straightforward. Instead of acknowledging this, I felt I was spoken to in a rude and blunt manner and made to feel as though I was lying about the previous conversation. Finally, when we wanted to take some leftover food home, we were given dirty and stained plastic Tupperware containers. This did not feel hygienic at all, and it certainly didn't give a good impression of the standards behind the scenes. If containers being handed to customers are visibly dirty, it does make you question the cleanliness of the kitchen and food-preparation areas. This wasn't simply a normal meal out. We were attending a wake following a funeral, and my mum had gone to the trouble of contacting the pub beforehand specifically to make sure everything would be manageable for a large group that included disabled and vulnerable guests. We weren't expecting special treatment — just basic communication, consideration, accessibility and respect. Unfortunately, the way we were treated left a very sour impression on what was already an emotional and difficult day. Based on our experience, we would not return.

We, two couples, had a very early flight out of Bristol airport and choose to stay one night prior to our holiday and leave our car in the long stay car park. Everything was easy and reasonable, there was a great choice of meals in the Inn. We spent a relaxing evening before to our flight, being able to get an early night in comfortable rooms. Unfortunately we got delayed on our return home. We kept the Inn at Yanleigh informed and they were extremely accommodating. We highly recommend both the Inn and the airport parking at Yanleigh and will certainly use these facilities again when flying from Bristol
