Cheltenham Park Hotel - The Hotel Collection

I stayed here with my husband for one night, we were celebrating a birthday and the hotel had very kindly upgraded us. We were greeted by a lovely card and chocolates to add to the celebration. We had such a nice time, the room was clean and well put together, we ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and staff were wonderful! The breakfast was also amazing - on the welcome leaflet it tells you times it gets busy - pay attention to those times! Swimming pool was small but perfect for what you want. Overall I have nothing to complain about or any negatives! An absolutely wonderful stay in a fabulous hotel!

Absolutely awful stay . We had a two night stay to attend a funeral . Booked queen deluxe room with a view . The shower was unfit for purpose …. Tepid temperature and no pressure… you would have got wetter standing under a toddlers watering can . Felt dirty the entire stay . Mentioned at reception but told would pass on to maintenance . This is not a 4 star hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. We particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the attention to detail. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!
