EXPRESS BY HOLIDAY INN CHELTEN

Have had a lovely stay at holiday inn, perfect central location, the rooms are clean and amazing value, with a great breakfast and such friendly and hospitable staff! Would 100% recommend!

I stayed at the hotel with my parents and sister for our family staycation. We opted for the Cheltenham location for our Cotswolds break, as it was a convenient location and easy to get to all the popular attractions like Bourton on the Water, Sherborne Park Estate (National Trust walk) Gloucester Cathedral and Cotswolds Designer Outlet, I would advise driving to these locations and parking is relatively easy to find. The great thing about the hotel is, it is opposite a NCP, which is highly discounted if you are a guest at the hotel, you just have to let reception know your number plate. I should also add it was walking distance to lots of restaurants, Cheltenham town centre and the high street with lots of great shops. In terms of the hotel, there was a great selection at breakfast which is included for all guests, we had 2 rooms, 2 people in each room, the rooms were spacious and generally clean. My only criticism was on the first night I found a mark on my bedding but this was changed in a timely manner. Also the toilet flush button kept falling off and there was a noisy air con unit that made a noise even when it wasn't on. I forgot to mention the latter two issues when staying but I would hope when reported they would deal with them quickly as they did the change of bedding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying at the hotel as the location was excellent and we had a very pleasant stay.
