Hatherley Manor Hotel

Lovely hotel easy to find. Food is good and reasonable. Staff friendly. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Had a lovely break seeing my sisters. Extra bonus was Hattie the cat she was adorable.

Bridal suite was booked for our anniversary. Absolutely awful for a room thats advertised as hatherleys best room???? Actually made us want to leave and ruined our whole night. Carpets ripped, furniture disgustingly old, stains everywhere! 🤢🤢🤢🙈 Just gross. Full refurbishment required in this room immediately. Ive stayed at better hostels. Food portions very small. Service great though apart from the crazy Scottish duty mgr who is mean to the staff. Anne in the restaurant particularly amazing for breakfast

Stayed here for one night and it was a different experience. There are a few things I find strange, one is you have to rent a robe for £5 and I didn’t get my £5 back. This was to enter the spa, which is nice… The second thing was you have to pay £5 to get a full English breakfast, the food is ok but it’s not that level to charge extra. Where would you pay for breakfast then have to pay more for the most popular item 😂 Room was nice, pillows terrible and beds really hard. Spa saved it, but the gym not being operable defeats the object of the type of hotel. Staff are really friendly in the bar and reception areas, staff at dinner are more worried about payment than service. Overall a very MEH stay and not what I expected.
