Ideal location, easy access from motorway, good parking (you pay for it) - big Tesco's/Costa next door. Immaculately clean spacious room. Friendly check in staff. Quieter than expected. TV channels very limited.

Fairly nice hotel, just wish family room meant more space to move around in, the staff are pretty friendly, the hand-wash didn't work so had to use the shower gel to wash my hands. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was as expected however the attached restaurant to which we had booked the evening meal and morning breakfast was terrible. We came in on the Saturday night only to be told that there was a wait on food as they had a party of 11 in, honestly they had the party of ten and our party of eight how could there be a wait for over hour ? The food on the night was terrible. We went for breakfast in the morning they couldn’t do poached eggs as the poacher was broken what happened to using a pan and boiling water? The food is terrible I can understand why the restaurant is empty
