Premier Inn Gloucester (Twigworth)

Booked and payed for the premier inn in twigworth for the second night to be told after I’d paid I’d be given no key to my room unless I fronted a £100 which I didn’t have on me, so basically I’ve paid for a room I couldn’t have when I’ve my teenage daughter with me, no transport and during this snow period, I’ve phoned rooms booked to the attitude and helpfulness of the Callum on the phone is disposable!

NOT GOOD , The room smelled of damp , the towels were dirty , there was rust in the bath, breakfast so bad we had to drive to the other premier inn up the road to get breakfast , that’s not good , We could hear all the noise from the other rooms, not a nice stay at all , would not stay there again .

Has to be the worst premier inn ever filthy dirty rooms tiny windows mouldy breakfast terrible absolute shocker shame because staff were lovely very friendly and happy but all complained about were they worked
