We were given a night as a present ….lovely friendly staff and good food . Rooms were dark …obviously for wellness and relaxation …bed was bliss like sleeping on a cloud …but woke before 6 with light pouring in through the bathroom window …no dark blind …and the bathroom door was glass so that couldn’t black out the bright sunshine . I did mention this to a member of staff and showed them photos of the light across my side of the bed …Room 27 ….hopefully this will be sorted by the time other people use this room …also the toilet is so low …difficult to get off it without the help of a handy wall mounted towel rail.
A lot of modern hotels seem to put style over substance .
