NO aircon on level 2. Rooms dangerously hot. Floor in reception sticky, decor very outdated. Needs a good clean and paint job. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment. Asked for a fan after waiting nearly 90 minutes. I went down to reception to double-check where it was only to be rudely told my reception staff that I would have to wait my turn? Also, mattress toper was stained. I totally understand. I'm not the only customer, but the way I was spoken to was extremely rude, older lady with dark brownish hair. The room was extremely hot to the point where I couldn't actually breathe. Finally, a fan arrived after a 2 hour wait, and it didn't make no difference as it was extremely old. Rude staff. Hotel dirty. Outdated. Avoid.

Stayed with my 2 children for one night. Wasn’t expecting to pay £7 to park - this isn’t clear at any point in the booking. Hotel is tired and needs renovation. Staff were friendly at check in and in the restaurant. BUT the rooms are horrendous. No Aircon. They claim this isn’t advertised. There is Aircon in the hotel lobby and bars. The window only open slightly. There is a basic fan and portable circulation unit but neither cool the room in any way. We got no sleep and if you do open any window it’s next to the main carriageway so is loud. We paid £190 and quite frankly it’s disgraceful. We will never stay at any of these hotels again especially because of the ‘oh well we didn’t advertise Aircon’ from their ops manager when i raised the issue after our stay. Zero idea about customer service. Avoid this hotel.

From the minute l walked in to Leonardo hotel, l just felt right at home. Peaceful relaxing & nice break to unwind.😀 I arrived on June 25th. Travelling from Bournemouth for my mums birthday 😀 The receptionist called Rebecca was truly something else, so friendly, full of smiles and made me feel so welcome in every way possible.😀 Rebecca was so professional and could not of done more to make me feel the way l did when l walked to my room. I was very happy and so happy to be back. I went for a swim which was really nice. The guy there was really nice and helpful too. Thank you so much Rebecca and thank you to all the staff and to the staff in the leisure facilities for making my stay a truly memorable one. 😀 This hotel has everything you could ask for and more. I literally cannot fault anything. All I can do is give you the biggest praise. Leonardo hotel are so lucky to have such amazing staff 😀😘
