Having travelled regularly on business I have experienced a variety of service levels. I have used this HI on a regular basis. On this occasion I feel the need to recognise Julie. Julie works in the restaurant and is a delight to be around. Always smiling, always willing to go the extra mile and makes my trip more enjoyable. Thank you Julie. Keep doing what you do. A real asset to the IHG brand.

Very pleasant and efficient young man

I don’t normally write reviews but due to the fact that my visit to Holiday Inn Gloucester- Cheltenham was made extremely pleasant by a lady on the front desk, I’m really sorry but I don’t know her name but I know she is from Romania, she truly know how to deliver customer service, support and satisfaction no doubt!!! What can I say… unbelievable!!! So professional, honest, helpful, caring and most importantly of all happy and left face those qualities are hard to find these day especially in customer facing roles. I can honestly say she was so amazing at her job and that’s way I’m writing this review because she deserves to be recognised for what she does and how she makes customer feel. And trust me it’s not just me saying this. Thank you and I appreciate you!
