Hatherley Manor Gloucester

Booked 2 nights whilst working in Gloucester. Didn't expect much as price was decent. Very surprised as it was a beautiful place. Spa facilities were excellent and very clean. Room was pretty basic but again clea. Breakfast decent as well. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended

I stayed at the hotel with the ACE Group few days ago and everything was more than I expected.The room was always clean and the food was amazing. However I would like to praise the young staff member whose name starts with B and I called him Bib & he was telling he is new.He was always smiling, friendly, and helpful at breakfast, dinner, and the bar. His positive attitude and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. His cheerful personality never faded, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work. Employees like him create memorable experiences and represent the hotel in the best possible way. He is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service and deserves recognition for his dedication and excellent work.We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for your kindness and dedication!

Myself and a Friend recently booked an overnight stay here for a belated birthday treat, and it exceeded every expectation.Our room was clean, and had twin beds that were so comfy! The spa facilities are stunning . The hydrotherapy pool, steam room, and sauna were spotless and uncrowded. I booked a full body massage, followed by a facial, and the therapist was incredibly professional, tailoring the treatment perfectly to my skin type, I would definitely book in with molly again! The relaxation room afterwards was the perfect place to unwind with a chilled water Later that night we enjoyed a dinner at the hotel restaurant which was delicious and Breakfast the next morning offered loads of options so we were spoilt for choice. If I could make one change it would be nice to receive a product list after my treatment so I loved the cleanser but was unsure which one was used.
