Holiday Inn Gloucester Cheltenham (I)

The room was very spacious and the beds comfy. The staff were all very nice, kind and helpful. There is no lift but it's only one floor so it wasn't a problem for us. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a welcome treat. We didn't have food here but drinks were reasonably priced. It was easy to find and had ample parking. We cycled into town which was a short and pleasant ride. There were undercover bicycle hoops at the front of the hotel which we appreciated. One thing which would improve the hotel would be a loo brush in the room, especially as the flush wasn't very powerful!

The staff are great, really friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks to Aishah, King, Drum and Gustina for all their help.

Front of house staff are always very welcoming and helpful whenever I stay at the hotel. ie Aishah, Cristina, Kinga and Arun. Many thanks folks! Rooms are always clean and tidy. Location is convenient for my work.
