Hilton Puckrup Hall (I)

Manor House rooms dated and ours had no view just faced onto a roof. Not worth the upgrade we paid. Air con didn’t work first night so they offered 15percent discount. Room very dusty. No water or robes provided so had to ask for them. Very disappointed with out stay.

A fantastic 3 night stay at the Hilton Puckrup. We came up to the Cotswolds from London for 4 days cycling in the area. (If you’re a cyclist, it’s AMAZING) First of all the area is absolutely stunning. From Tewkesbury through to all the surrounding villages and areas. Breathtaking scenery and fantastic places to visit. The Hilton was a perfect base for us! The staff were all lovely from the welcome at reception through to the breakfast room and Spa. The hotel has everything you need. We were a little concerned that the room didn’t have A/C but we needn’t have worried. The room had a Fan and was very pleasant to sleep with the windows open. In fact we both slept very well in a comfortable bed. Better than at home! Breakfast was excellent. Truly excellent. The sausages and bacon were superb quality (as was everything else) and being on a cycling trip it was an important start each morning. Absolutely faultless breakfast. Great Coffee too! The rooms (albeit slightly dated but it added to the charm) were comfortable, spacious and had every amenity you needed. A great shower too. The spa was excellent and a welcome treat at the end of a long day In the saddle. Would we return - in a heartbeat and will very soon. Thanks all for a wonderful few days!

Excellent food, excellent service from Anna our waitress - always keeping an eye out and quick to ask if we needed another drink at the table when we got low. The garden games were also a lot of fun and nice way to icebreaker with people.
