Hilton Newport

The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers The staff are very friendly 5star Regarding the hotel itself it is very worn stains on carpet / mold in shower area And Poorly maintained! Breakfast is very average (Over cooked bacon barely edible ) Coffee is not good at all cheap coffee beans 🫘 Dinner is way overpriced In its glory days it was 4star Now has dropped significantly…. As a 4 star hotel it would now struggle to be 3 star Basically due to lack of maintenance For me it’s a 2 star + rating Pool is ok but basic hygiene is not priority there…..

Great place. Food was amazing served ash was a delight to be served by.

Brilliant experience, Ash was simply the best, I imagine he keeps the customers coming back, it’s the level of service you don’t see often, fantastic thank you.
