This is an exceptional hotel with a first class restaurant. They "set the bar" very high, and truly exceed their objective. It is one of the best dining experiences on record, and we look forward to returning again soon.

We went to The Gunroom Restaurant at Plas Dinas Country House for a 40th Birthday celebration and it could not have been more perfect! From start to finish the experience was just incredible!! The staff went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. All the food was simply stunning but the Lamb starter was just an amazing, melt in your mouth, experience. I would recommend and do recommend this restaurant to anyone wishing to have a first class, good value meal.

One of the best place to stay for quality, service and excellence. Family run, based in deep history, great gardens, comfortable beds high quality breakfast. Also had evening meal at gun room restaurant- Michelin rated. Totally fabulous food and experience. The little extra in room - sherry , fudge and biscuits - so nice. Thanks Daniel and team for going the e tea mile.
