Just had the 25 minute body scrub using frangipani so lovely wanted it to go on a bit longer Welcomed very warmly at reception and had a wonderful glass of Prosecco to start the afternoon

Very lovely atmosphere and ambience. I loved the fact that the Chineham Shopping Centre is three minutes' walk with good shops (McDonald's, Savers, TESCO, Costa Coffee, Sue Ryder). I didn't have time to use the gym, spa and sauna. Very spacious room. I wish that my room had a fridge. There was no fish option for breakfast. I would normally love smoked salmon with my scrambled eggs. Very friendly house keeping and front office staff. Maryse and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

The location was very good and the atmosphere was nice, room was clean but the fan was very dirty blowing out dirt. The TV in the room kept losing signal and we ran out washing liquid in the bathroom. However it was a good experience.
