MAX Serviced Apartments Farnborough, Max House

The hotel has everything you need. We stayed in a club apartment which is their most expensive product and it is really tired. The tv wasn't working and maintenance had to come the next morning. The bedside light was flickering on and off. It shouldn't be up to the guests to find these faults. The staff are lovely and very efficient and friendly. It appears cut backs have been made as the slippers normally provided were absent. It all needs updating. Toilet seat is loose and the freezer needs defrosting

I’ve spent the past year living in this one-bedroom serviced apartment, and it’s been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out — perfect for one person or a couple. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living area feels cozy yet modern, and the bedroom is quiet with plenty of storage space. The building itself is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues were handled quickly and professionally. I’ve especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of security here. The neighbors are friendly but respectful, and the location couldn’t be better — close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Thought the year, the management has been professional, responsive, and attentive, ensuring any issues were promptly addressed. Overall this apartment provided a comfortable, stylish, and convenient home, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quality living space in a vibrant neighborhood. A special thanks to Keziah and Perkins both have been absolutely brilliant all year, I truly appreciated my experience here and will cherish the memories made during this time. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live.

Average hotel, a bit too noisy rooms on the street.
