Premier Inn Farnborough West (Southwood)

we use premium inn a lot ,the staff here were so helpful and friendly ,in Farnborough Southwold the food was tasty and hot and if I had to pick anyone who stood out it would be the lady who cooked our breakfast and the server who was so friendly and helpful and attentive ,well done all

I’ve never had such a bad stay at a premier inn. They NEED windows that actually open properly. If no air con, should at least be able to open the window! There was a Tiny fan that was as helpful as a chocolate teapot and equally very loud at night. Baring in mind this is October, not during a heat wave. The temperature outside was very reasonable but both me and my partner couldn’t sleep properly and both woke up several times throughout the 3 nights stay. The room was just so hot !? Worst 3 nights sleep. There was barely any toilet paper in the toilet roll dispenser, my partner had to go to reception on the morning of our first night stay to request more for the room as it ran out while I was mid on the loo as it hadn’t been filled! The tap water was also constantly warm so when requiring drinking water, no matter how long you ran the tap, it was warm. I’ve never had a bad experience with premier inn until now. I booked 3 nights and awful 3 nights sleep for both me and my partner, very unhappy with our stay

All of the staff are very friendly, caring of the service they provide. The warm welcome at reception, cleanliness of the room and public areas, and superb service and quality of food at breakfast. Pawan cooked us porridge to order and came to check we were happy with everything. It's rare to find staff so happy in their jobs and caring so much about the service they deliver. We often stay at Premier Inns and this one is by far the best.
