Fantastic! We had our wedding and Reception in the Oakwood Room at Montagu Arms, it is the most beautiful country hotel you could imagine and situated in the picturesque village of Beaulieu. Staff were brilliant, friendly helpful and attentive. We stayed in the Hawthorn Courtyard Suite, been had everything you could possibly need or want. It was designed and decorated to the highest standard.Gardens are beautiful too. Food is delicious. Clara and her team went that extra mile and nothing was too much trouble they made our special day perfect in every way. Virginia looked after us all day and was amazing so enthusiastic and you could see how much she loved her work. I can't praise Montagu Arms enough and would highly recommend to everyone. We definitely will be staying again. Oh and you must try the afternoon tea! I had an allergen but this was not a problem I had my afternoon tea made gluten free. A huge big thank you to all the staff for making my wedding so perfect.

The Montagu Ams Hotel is in a very lovely and historic location. The staff are extremely helpful. The manager, Vince, is an outstanding manager. There are lovely garden to enjoy and excellent, safe parking complete with car chargers, too. There are two restaurants - so plenty of choice, excellent service and very good food. The whole hotel has a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Its location is ideal for exploring - Exbury gardens and steam railway, the New Forest and the historic Bucklers Hard.

Was taken here as a birthday gift. What a fantastic day. £45 pp two coarses and drinks and a singer for entertainment. Great value, great quality of ingredients in the food. Had an absolute delightful day from the staff, food and entertainment throughly recommend and will definitely return
