Must mention the wonderful Bernice and Matt at this amazing venue. Nothing is too much for them. Both are so friendly and attentive and are great ambassadors for the company. The hotel is a great place to stay before going on your cruise. A big shout to the kitchen brigade for the high standard of food. Menu is varied and caters for all tastes.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but it was perfect for us, staying overnight prior to a cruise from Southampton. Plenty of parking, staff friendly, room clean and spacious and a wide choice for breakfast. There are also a couple of charging points if you have an electric car, though obviously availablity of these varies throughout the day.

Business trip, three nights. Every member of staff I spoke to was immensely cheerful and helpful, esp Pierre on the front desk, who sorted out a booking glitch that was our fault. Bedroom spacious and spotless. Wife good. Breakfasts were good too, parking on site. Our organisation also used several rooms in tge academy, and staff were receptive to our needs. Would definitely recommend.
