An absolute disaster! Our room was grubby and the bathroom unfinished with cracked sink and damaged walls. Our dinner for 4 was a disaster. Fish was overcooked and had a nasty of odour, the fish with chips was inedible and soggy peas still partly frozen. The burger was overcooked and the pigeon breast was burnt along with what were supposed to be mixed vegetables. All totally inedible. The quality of this establishment is well below anything considered acceptable even though the owner’s Ferrari, Rolls-Royce and Discovery (all quite new) in the unfinished car park so they have obviously looked after themselves but not the hotel which should be condemned. The front-of-house girls did their best but the owners have obviously done nothing to the hotel for their 2 years of ownership. Whoever incinerated our food (obviously not a chef) should be sacked and the whole place closed down. AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!

Our daughters booked this hotel for2 nights for our family to celebrate my husbands 70th birthdsy. We had a lovely stay. Room was comfortable. Lovely staff. Amazing grounds. The weather was good so able to eat breakfast outside. All in all had a lovely stay. Would stay again
