We've stayed in lots of Premier Inns and have been rather disillusioned of late. Hence our surprise at recent stay. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. Food was really good and plenty of it. Even more surprising rooms actually had soft pillows which is becoming a rarity. Well done!

Nice easy location off the A1(M). Friendly staff, good free car parking, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Thank you. We will definately stay again when visiting family.

The rooms were so incredibly hot and there was no way to cool them. There is no air-conditioning, its telling that they know this is a problem when they provide a very expensive looking fan but all it does is push the hot air around. The next time I am visiting family in Stevenage I will find alternative accommodation unless this is addressed. I have used the hotel previously and dont recall this being an issue. With the cost of heating these days i would have thought it would be the opposite.
