We booked a table for Sunday lunch and a had a wonderful table in the restaurant. Carol, our server, was very attentive, and couldn’t have done more for us, she went above and beyond, The food was delicious and I will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic hotel. Everyone was so friendly, from the lady on reception, the bar staff and staff in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and they all had a smile on their faces. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was clean and had a great view out over the Wye. The shower worked well but the cold water was a bit low on pressure. We had breakfast every morning and it was excellent. Had room service one night and that to was good. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend it if you are staying in the area.
