Having read the reviews I just wanted to say that my husband and I have stayed here many times over the last four years and have found both room and restaurant to be very good. The staff are all lovely - very helpful and ready to give advice etc..nothing is too much trouble. We've eaten at the restaurant and enjoyed it as well as having a drink in the bar.

Room was good. £70. Clean. Small comfortable. Drink at the bar !!!!! £6.80 for a beer. Way way over top. Shame. It’s a nice place. But that kills it

Honestly, i was shocked when i checked in here, and i have 6 more days i gotta stay here! Room smells SO BAD of damp. Bathroom has mold on the ceiling, mold in the shower and mold on the walls. The room is extremely ‘stuffy’. Honestly, this place is absolutely awful. It makes you feel strange staying here. The damp and mold makes you feel awful.
