We were taking a family vacation which included my wife and I, and our daughter and her family of 5. They had a family suite and we had a king room. The grounds and common rooms were absolutely beautiful. Our rooms were a bit dated but very comfortable. The family suite was room and very good for the family of 5. Our rooms included a separate small changing room which was a nice touch. We arrived on July 4th and they had a bottle of whiskey out for the American guests to celebrate. The front lawn had croquet which the children enjoyed. There is a beautiful walled garden and an expansive yard with friendly highland cows who approach you by the fence of the neighboring farm. The meals were very good. Service was superior, particularly the manager and the very nice older bellman. It was a nice and relaxing stay.

Highly recommended. We really enjoyed our stay at Culloden House Hotel. The location is beautiful and convenient, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the accommodations were excellent throughout. Kyle, Blake, and Hazel were standout team members who made a particularly positive impression and added a personal touch to our visit. We would absolutely return on a future trip to Inverness.

I don’t know where to start with how wonderful our stay was here! What was the best part? The grounds, room, food, staff….all incredible. The “secret” walled garden was enchanting. Just driving up the driveway is a thrill. Dinner was amazing. I’d have to say the best part was Scott, Blake, Rebecca, Kyle….who made our stay a true pleasure.
