Kings Arms Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The place is a crumbling mess that stinks of sewage. It was expensive to stay, the food was edible but only just. The staff were a motley crew of surly indifference. The room smelt so bad that we had to sleep with the window wide open and so we were freezing. The beds were hobbit sized and had broken springs. Honestly, if we had space in the car, I would have slept there instead.

The hotel is quite old and need a renewal, staff normal, the restauarant terrible. Limited choice of dishes and preapared very heavy. Good location easy to park

Nice food and friendly staff. Short walk from bars and cafes and great view of the bridge comming over to skye. Bar area and resturant lovely. Rooms and corridors need a bit updating. Can recommend the kyleakin gift shop of u want a picture with the isle of skye flag, souvineres or personalised suverneres. Lovely guy in there, can recommend. Will be buisy with bus tours from time to time too. Great story behind the cration of the isle of skye flag too. Can recommend the cafe bar thats behind it too. Lovely friendly staff. Midgies were out in evening near the water, but not much of an issue.
