Arrived at midday after a long haul flight and long drive from Glasgow, staff very helpful and gave a room with a bath as requested at early check in, room itself could do with a deep clean but it was convenient and comfy. Booked the meal deal in the attached restaurant and Kayleigh went above and beyond for our requests. Well done Kayleigh and team, place was short staffed but food was piping hot and the mixed grill was the best my husband has ever had he tells me.

Desk staff did not arrive until almost 3. Several people waiting including people locked out of their room. Staff was unable to provide upgraded internet code even though I was charged. Told desk staff next morning that I didnt recieve it and it was still on bill.
