We enjoyed our 4 day break here with 'Just Go Holidays'. Great location in Shanklin albeit had we known there was no lift we probably would'nt have booked it. Shame on 'Just Go Holidays' for not flagging this up. Once the 'shock' of the steep stairs had abated it was fine! Room was dated but clean and tidy; food was pretty good and staff all friendly. Particularly want to say Mitch in the bar; what a nice chap. Would definitely come again albeit in a ground floor room only

The hotel Definitely needs decorating and needs to be modernised.i think a lift would be invaluable as many people who was on the trip had walking probs so found the stairs hard work. There was a great choice of food which was well cooked and ample portions the service was very good and the staff were very pleasant all in all a great place to stay

Mixed results for this hotel, no lift and stairs very steep. The manager saw me crawling up the stairs on my hands and knees, said he would try to get us a different room but nothing happened Carpets could do with a good hoovering and probably replacing in some areas as badly bleached by the sun which makes them look filthy. Bed was comfortable, tv didn't work properly. The food was really good and the table staff were absolutely amazing, couldn't do enough for us. The garden was beautiful. A lovely place to sit for a while.
