An unforgettable stay at The Royal Yacht, Jersey! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Royal Yacht is a truly special place — stylish, welcoming and full of atmosphere, with a perfect location in the heart of St Helier. The service was exceptional throughout, with the team going above and beyond to make our stay feel genuinely special. Every detail was handled with care, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A very special thank you to Mathias and Patrick for the incredibly thoughtful anniversary room upgrade. It was such a wonderful surprise and made our anniversary even more memorable. Those personal touches really do make all the difference. The Royal Yacht has that rare combination of luxury, great hospitality and a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Thank you to the whole team for making our anniversary one to remember. We’ll definitely be back — and we can’t recommend The Royal Yacht highly enough! ❤️

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. I was a little disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, which spoilt the overall experience! One morning my friend and myself were at the breakfast table when a member of staff (presuming the restaurant manager) asked me if I was ok, this in itself I felt was a strange question, as I was siting enjoying my breakfast with my friend then 5 minutes later he reappeared and asked again if I was ok, I said yes and then could we relocate to finish our coffee at another table! We were actually in the dining room 40 minutes which I don’t think is excessive! The dining room wasn’t overly busy! I said would you like us to leave and he said yes! I can only assume he wanted our specific table for someone! I did find this annoying and did mention it to the reception staff, but we never received any feedback. It would have been nice if we had! The breakfast was nice but the toast wasn’t on each occasion ! Asking for extra coffee seemed to be an issue ! We did enjoy our stay in Jersey but I’m not sure we would return to this hotel !

Amazing location. Platinum suite with balcony with noise late at night but actually q enjoyed the sound of people enjoying themselves. Had a meal with friends at the Grill on our last night v delicious. Zephyr good food but lively/loud atmosphere. Staff v helpful with parking needs for our WAV. Major thanks to Chantel in reservations to understanding our disability needs and all her measurements and photos re the bathroom and the requirements for management of the mobility accessories. Would like to return 🤞
