Best Western Royal

Had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. Location good 15-17 min walk from bus station and near to centre. Room very clean and decorated nicely with hairdryer iron tv kettle fan, no fridge. Staff all so helpful and polite and always smiling, excellent service. Good to have the bar -restaurant as an option for drinks and food. Breakfast amazing continental and cooked, so much choice. Never booked a Best Western hotel before but after this experience will definitely book again.

The hotel is very well located with a 5 minute walk in to the centre of St Helier. The rooms are pleasant and cleaned daily unless you put a privacy sign on your door. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and professional. When the staff found out it was our 40th wedding anniversary they surprised us with a lovely treat after dinner. The only thing the hotel lacks is air conditioning. This was our second stay at the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we visit Jersey again

We were pleased to find that staff throughout the hotel were cheerful, helpful and made us feel welcome. The restaurant staff in particular were outstanding. Going down for our evening meal was always something to look forward to and we were bowled over by the level of service we received. Staff were highly organised, attentive but not overly fussy. There was no going through the motions, you felt that the aim was to genuinely give you the best experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble and with a glance across the room one of them was there to see to your every need. This was matched by the excellent standard of the food. Fresh produce, full of flavour, exciting purées and food combinations…just some of the most delicious food we’ve ever had. Breakfast was self service with a wide range of the usual and constantly replenished. The hotel was a little tired and dated in parts, however our bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage, complimentary toiletries, a fan, trouser press etc and very importantly spotlessly clean. The hotel location was central with a bus stop outside and the bus station only a ten minute walk. We would highly recommend this hotel and stay again in a heartbeat⭐
