Hotel Jerbourg

Fabulous hotel in a great location, the views were stunning and ideal for local walks. We stayed a short break just 3 nights, the hotel offered a friendly relaxed atmosphere from start to finish. Attentive professional staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great restaurant and excellent breakfasts, plus the most amazing selection of cakes and dessertsplenty of choice for all. Our Room was exceptionally clean, well equipped and quiet with small patio area overlooking the pool

Staying here felt less like being in a hotel and more like being in a guesthouse and that's because of the staff. From arriving to leaving nothing is a problem and you really are made to feel welcome and appreciated. Even as we were waiting for our taxi to take us back to the airport, the owner told us not to worry if it didn't turn up (it did) as he'd take us himself! The position on top of the cliffs with lovely walks is a bonus, since the food is lovely and plentiful (the choice of delicious cakes caused a lot of pondering), and the bus stop right outside meant we were able to get around easily. We rarely return to places, purely because there are so many others we want to visit, but a return to Guernsey is guaranteed.

We visited the amazing dessert bar at the Jerbourg Hotel to celebrate my granddaughter’s birthday. The hotel staff were very helpful and allowed us to decorate one table with small banners and balloons. We all chose cakes and then the staff brought them to the table dressed up in fancy headgear. It was a memorable event and we are very appreciative . The cakes were stunningly delicious. This should be a must visit if you have a sweet tooth. They also serve lunch meals. It’s a gem.
