The hotel was in a quiet area and good location for getting around. The pool was small but nice with changing rooms. There was seating around the pool and garden and you could have meals out there. Good sized restaurant and excellent food, particularly the breakfasts. There was a good choice of things for breakfast, particularly the hot options which were cooked to order - we'd really recommend the eggs royale - they were perfect! Staff were very polite and efficient and there was a general air of calm even when the kitchen was catering a large private party as well as the restaurant! As with many hotels, there were some events hosted there which inevitably meant some music etc but it didn't go on beyond 11.30pm whilst we were there. All areas were very clean and there was plenty of parking. Pretty much a perfect place to stay.
