Called in today to pay deposit for buffet, to find that we could have the room we originally wanted thanks to the lovely Sarah, totally taking the stress of the bride, she is elated, thankyou

Gave it 3 stars because of two things, the room was boiling hot with no air conditioning and only a fan, this was despite the rooms just being refurbished. The fan was useless in the heat and we had very little sleep over the two nights. Again despite the refurbishment the water pressure was poor and the shower just dribbled out. I did complain to reception and they said they would reset the pumps but even after they did it was still poor. Such a shame these things let the place down because it is a nice hotel in a good location with very friendly staff.
