Premier Inn Ashford North

Usual Premier Inn comfort - very good bed and everything in room and bathroom as you would expect. Parking easy and plentiful. Good location straight off A20 about 30 minutes drive from port of Dover. The only thing I wonder is how hot the rooms get in the summer - ours was 22 degrees overnight with the heating off and the window open as much as was allowed. There was a fan but no air con.

Stayed here at the end of August. Despite the weather having cooled down and raining, the room (and corridors) were extremely hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. As a result we did not get a good night's sleep. As others have said there is no air con and the windows have restrictors to only open a small bit. There is no air flow so the rooms are very hot. Not the best PI experience.

Given what is happening at PI I felt the staff remained professional at all times. Restaurant was significantly better than recent PI stays elsewhere where the residents only offering has been dire
